The iPad will come preloaded with a variety of apps for student use. Additional apps and educational content will be added throughout the school year based on updates and individualized uses. Below is a summary of some of the apps that will be available on all student iPads.

iBooks ---- use for reading textbooks, novels, and short stories. It is possible to look up words, make notes, and read single or double pages, just to state a few of its many features.
Goodreader ---- manage all the loose papers students normally try to squeeze in their books. PDF files, text files, and Google Docs can be viewed, synced, and organized here. |
Pages ---- word process within this app made specifically for the iPad. It comes with a tutorial document that covers the basic tools and techniques in a quick and simple lesson.

Keynote

OverDrive Media Console ---- download eBooks and audiobooks from our eLibrary directly to the iPad. Features include easy navigation, bookmarking, light notetaking, and an audiobook sleep timer.
Complete Classroom Organizer ---- manage all your courses, assignments, and exams in one location. Take notes, record lectures, track grades, and import documents. CCO also includes a draw feature and integrates with Google Docs.
